Making this is so easy -- and people will ooh and ahh over it. This guacamole recipe is made using salsa from a jar......can't get any easier than that!
The first step of course is to cut your avocados in half and get the pit out. To do this, you simply whack the knife into the pit and pull it out. Sounds dangerous, but unless you're blindfolded while doing this, it pretty well should come off without a hitch.
Next step: spoon out the avocado insides and dump into your bowl.
Add your store bought salsa. We used a medium blend, but mild and hot work well too.
Mix baby, mix.
This is what the guacamole should look like after a thorough mixing.
And then the best part. Eat baby, eat. Easy, peasy, right?
My next class:
I had my day all planned out today, but some weather related flight changes messed up my well laid plans. So I had a whole day ahead of me with nothing really planned. I made full use of the sudden change in plans by designing my next class!
Below are close ups of two of the cards.
I will be sending out my email blast to all my customers with information on this class today. If you aren't on my email list and would like to receive all my class updates, drop me a line by clicking on the email me link on the left hand margin and I'll make sure you get all the info on this and all upcoming classes.
Have a great weekend everyone. I plan to!
Really pretty cards :)
