This past weekend was my second Holiday Blitz Day at the Holiday Inn. I, together with a bunch of wonderfully creative ladies spent an entire day playing with cardstock, inkpads, glitter and glue. It was a fun filled day full of laughing, treats, friendship and creativity. These are the cards we made:
We also made a little mini book as well as some 3D Christmas items including an ornament, a bookmark, and a tissue box cover. There was lots going on throughout the entire day ..... and the laughing was non stop. See below? That's Vienna holding up her little snowman card -- you can see it better in the group image above.
That little card caused so much laughing.....because while Vienna was making it, she swore she had just added glue to the little snowman hands, and lo and behold one of them goes missing. We looked and looked for a good few minutes till I finally said I'd just give her another one. But she insisted she had it and she was bent on finding it. We looked on the ground, we looked underneath papers, underneath inkpads.....everywhere. And you know where it was?? See below:
That little sucker had attached itself to the top of Vienna's adhesive bottle. DUH! We laughed for a good few minutes after that and pretty well continued all day long. At the end of the day, my sides were aching. So much fun! I do have the best students.....they make my job so much fun!
Happy stamping, everyone!
those are some fabulous cards!
