It's Saturday morning, and it's gonna be a super busy weekend here. It's year end Dance Recital time for the Richmond Academy of Dance where Alyssa takes dance classes and she has 3 performances. One was last night, the second one is a matinee today and finally tonight she is performing in the Professional show called "Celebration of Dance" at the Gateway Theatre. So needless to say, my Saturday will be a constant back and forth run from home to the theatre as I drive her there to perform and come back home, then back again for another performance. At least tonight, for the Pro show, we will be in the audience enjoying the vast and unlimited talent that all the dancers at the Academy will showcase for us. It is amazing for me sit there every year at this time and witness how absolutely talented all the kids are. So much potential. The sky is the limit for these kids. I literally get goosebumps watching them all. Alyssa started dancing at 8 years old, and has not stopped loving it. It is wonderful to see her doing what she loves to do!
My next class is coming up and I've already had quite a few of you sign up to join. It's going to be a fun class. we will be using a couple of the Big Shot dies and working with Stampin' Up's newest embossing powders to create flower layers. Here are some pictures:
If you would like to join my email list for upcoming classes, send me an email, or leave a comment and I'll add you to my list.
